Certified Reading Specialist to Build a Bright Future for Your Children
Hello! My name is Karen Davis. I am a certified teacher with over 20 years of experience in elementary education. It was during my tenure as a classroom teacher that I realized I enjoyed teaching reading most of all. I decided to further my training by pursuing a Master’s of Arts degree in Reading Education. This specialized degree has enabled me to help young students develop their literacy skills while discovering the joys of reading. My journey in education is deeply influenced by my experience as a military dependent, which took me to diverse places and exposed me to various cultures. This experience shaped my perspective. Therefore, my approach to teaching is developed not only by my educational training but also by my personal experiences and my profound belief that every child has the potential to become a proficient and enthusiastic reader!
